Share Stuff You Love
You can share pictures of your jewelry or paintings. But if you want to really get followers fast, you can’t rely on pictures alone. I have really low follower counts, but that’s because I post a lot of art. It doesn’t matter what I post, my followers always grow. The same is true for Instagram as it is on my website.
Consider the Top 10 Instagrammers
It turns out that the top 10 Instagrammers are also the top 10 content creators and most famous Instagrammer used Picuki tool as Instagram editor and viewer. Why is this? Because these people aren’t wasting time on stupid stuff like memes and pictures of their meals. You have to get more than the other influencers. While there are tons of different ways to do this, the trick is to share your original work and make it more than just an ad for your business. Your art should be a canvas for your marketing ideas.
Work With Existing Influencers
These days, it’s very easy to find influencers. There are tons of blogging communities, social media pages and even websites that help you work with your influencers. The trick is to make sure that the influencer is on the same page as you. A lot of influencers and artists hate sales and if you’re a person that loves sales, you’re going to hate that influencer. Don’t Make it About Sales
If you work with an influencer, keep the focus on showing them that you are the expert on whatever you’re showing them. If you make the picture about you, the influencer will probably never pay you for showing it to their followers. The same goes for if you’re making a video for YouTube. You have to show your influencers that you can give them the highest quality product. If they buy from you, they’ll tell their followers, and the rate will go up for everyone.
Don’t Be Afraid to Give Away Free Merch
If you’re an artist, you’re used to selling your products for a limited time. That’s still good for some customers. However, there are plenty of customers out there that want to get your products right away. If you have something like a book that you give away, you’re not only getting a reader, but you’re also getting a buyer for your next book. If you give away special glasses, posters, t-shirts, some people will be surprised, and others will love it.
I Give Away Almost All of My Merch
On my website and Instagram page, almost every single item I’m selling is a giveaway. I have a lot of jewelry that I’m giving away for free, like these earrings that I made. Sometimes you’ll get weird looks from your friends and family about a new product that you’re giving away. But if you don’t give stuff away, you’ll never grow your customer base. And if your products don’t make it, you’ll never grow your business.
Ask the Right Questions
If your goal is to get more followers for free, you’ll probably want to ask some questions of your followers. That way, they’ll see that you’re not just a spammer. But don’t be too pushy. Sometimes you’ll get an email from someone who just wants you to give them an extra good discount. That’s fine, but try to be very professional and not offer up every discount in the book. You can’t get everything you want.
Target Your Posts to Genuine Interest
That’s why you have to ask your followers about what they want. What are they interested in? Are they interested in some type of giveaway, new products, or something else? It’s better to talk about something that they’re already interested in. Then, you can talk about something that you’re great at.
You Must Have Your Own Site
If you want your company to grow, you have to give your followers the ability to buy your products online. If you’re an artist, you probably have a website. But if you’re just a blogger, you might not have a blog. You should have a unique website for every product that you have. This can be very difficult to maintain if you’re a blogger and you aren’t an expert, but you still have to do it.
