New York rock n’ roll revivalists, Jeremy & The Harlequins have released their fourth full-length album, ABRA CaDaBRA on Pasadena Records. Stream/buy album HERE
Living in a digital age with analog sensibilities, Jeremy & The Harlequins blend classic sounds of the 50s & 60s with New York garage to create stylish pop songs that will stay in your head after one listen.
New single “One Shot (of Rock n’ Roll)” kicks off the summer with a jukebox classic you’ve never heard before. Think Marc Bolan’s boogie with the swagger of Dion, wrapped with a loving nod to The Crystals hit, “Then He Kissed Me.”
“One Shot (of Rock n’ Roll)” is a collection of four short stories,” says lead vocalist Jeremy Fury. “Each character in each of the stories is looking for something to cure their ailments. And to me, good rock ‘n’ roll is a shot of life. It can instantaneously jolt you from the pits of depression to the top of the moon. This song is not only the cure for the characters in the lyrics, but for anyone out there listening who wants to feel that there is some fun left to be had in the world.”
