Let’s all give a warm welcome to The Skye Bleu Crew and the release of their single, “Doll House”. What do we have in store with this one?
This band is a country rock group from Illinois. We don’t have a lot of artists coming out of Illinois but we are excited because from our first experience with this group, there’s a lot of potential coming out of this state.
Want to know something crazy? This song is less than 3 minutes long! Are they trying to be like the Ramones where most of their songs barely touched 3 minutes? We know that The Ramones one time, had a set that only lasted 22 minutes before they were done. Imagine paying $100 to go see your favorite band and they were pretty much done after using the bathroom at getting your first beer.
Despite all of this, they’re really able to bring the house down to really rock out. This band is quite impressive with the way the guitar does its twang and sounds like it’s going to blast out of your speakers.
Let’s all give it up for “Doll House”, for it’s truly something we can listen to day in and day out without wanting to skip. The Skye Bleu Crew is really going to expand to new heights.
