The Qataris are the new owners of Manchester United

The Glazer family, who bought Manchester United for £79 million in 2005, announced in November that they are now in the process of starting decisions, including selling the clubs. Since then, there have been offers to buy this Premier League club from different parties, but since the beginning, the main competition to buy this English club has been between Qatari Sheikh Jassim and British Sir Jim Ratcliffe.

British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe registered an offer through his company called “INEOS” and on the other hand, Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, who is also the chairman of Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB), made offers to buy through the “Nine To” Foundation. The club reports that the fifth and final offer of the Emir of Qatar, which is 7.4 billion pounds, has apparently been accepted by the goalkeepers.

“Al-Watan” newspaper of Qatar, which is said to have 50% of shares owned by Sheikh Jassim’s father, reported. The purchase of Manchester United club by Sheikh Jassim was successful and its official announcement will be made soon. Sheikh Jassim Zanan’s proposal to buy Manchester United includes a plan for significant investment, investing in the men’s teams and investing in the men’s teams and investing, upgrading the Kerton (the team’s training ground) and investing in the club’s infrastructure.

Amir Qatar’s proposal includes the purchase of 100% of the shares of Manchester United, but Ratcliffe is willing to buy 10% of the shares of this club and the remaining half of this will be given to the Glazer family, the American families who in recent years, because of their poor performance in the club, 60 fans are supported. The Red Devils are under a lot of pressure and have asked them to leave the club.
